When will I receive my order?
We typically ship in stock orders within 2 business days of purchase. Preorder items ship within 24-48 hours of receipt. Due to shipping delays, some products might arrive 1-2 weeks after scheduled product release. All preorders must be paid in full 5 business days prior to product release. All preorder deposits are non refundable and non transferrable.

We do not offer returns on sealed boxes or cases. Under special circumstances we may offer returns, which are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
